Thank you for shopping at DealCity. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:

  • You received the incorrect item.
  • Your item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described.

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened, used, washed, altered, or worn items.
  • Items without original tags and packaging.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.

2. Timeframe for Return Requests
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Provide your order number, photos/video of the issue, and a description. We will issue an RMA number within 2 business days. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

4. Refunds
After inspection, we will notify you of the refund decision.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our error.

5. Replacements
For incorrect or defective items, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost, subject to availability.

6. Lost or Damaged in Transit
If a package is lost or confirmed damaged by the carrier, contact us for assistance with a claim, reshipment, or refund.

7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not entered the packing/shipping process.

8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
