All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). During promotional periods, processing may be extended by 1-2 business days. We will notify you via email if a significant delay is expected.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order is handed to the carrier.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days.
  • International Shipping: 10–30 business days (times vary by destination).
  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.

Please Note: Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or holidays.

3. Shipping Fees & Costs

  • Domestic Orders: A shipping fee applies to orders under $50.
  • Free Shipping: Free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50.
  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email within 24–48 hours of shipment. We partner with carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

5. Address Accuracy & Changes
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately at 1072297725@qq.com to change an address, but only before it’s processed. Reshipment for address errors incurs an additional fee.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: Contact us if tracking shows no movement for over 10 business days past the estimated date.
  • Damaged Packages: Refuse delivery if possible, or contact us within 48 hours with photos.
    We will work with the carrier to resolve issues per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. International Shipping Notes
International customers are responsible for all customs fees and taxes. Delays in customs are common.
